Using this website
This website describes Duskquay services and allows visitors to prepare enquiries. An enquiry does not create a service agreement or reserve a project timeline.
Project agreements
Scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revision limits, and timelines must be confirmed in a written quote or agreement before work begins. The accepted project agreement governs project-specific terms.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and have rights to supplied text, images, logos, and other materials. Content and feedback should be supplied according to the agreed schedule.
Fees and third-party services
Pricing is project-specific. Taxes and third-party costs are identified where applicable. Hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, and other external platforms have their own terms.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the written agreement. Third-party fonts, plugins, images, and tools remain subject to their respective licences.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or services for unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement, or malicious interference. We may decline requests that are outside our service scope.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee advertising approval, search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party platform availability.
Liability and statutory rights
Responsibility and any limitations for commissioned work are addressed in the project agreement, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
